Using the materials supplied in Playspace, create your own mask, inspired by the Francis Upritchard exhibition Jealous Saboteurs. This touring exhibition is a joint partnership with Monash University Museum of Art and City Gallery, Wellington.

COMPETITION

TEEN WRITING COMPETITION in collaboration with Dunedin Public Libraries and Dunedin UNESCO City of Literature. Entry is restricted to those from Year 9 to Year 13. One entry per person, with a maximum of 750 words. Closing date for entries is 28 October 5pm. Judges are poet, art writer, and editor of Landfall David Eggleton; and Bridget Schaumann, President of School Library Association of New Zealand Aotearoa. PLUS prizes for the three winners. KIA ORA!! MAORI LANGUAGE PERFORMANCE. Fresh from Polyfest, Bathgate Park School students will perform in the foyer. A reminder that the words ‘Kia Ora’ are an exact description of the intent of the new partnership for te reo Māori revitalisation between the Crown and Māori.
