MUSIC MONTH

Friends Talk

Robert Scott is renowned for his music both in New Zealand and overseas. As bass player for ‘The Clean’, guitarist/vocalist for ‘The Bats’, and songwriter for both bands, Scott will perform some of his original music to begin this NZ Music Month talk. This will be followed by a joint presentation from Hocken Librarians Amanda Mills (Liaison Librarian and Curator of Music and Audio Visual) and Katherine Milburn (Liaison Librarian and Curator of Ephemera) on the Dunedin Sound, discussing the historic posters in the Hocken Collection that enhance the unique musical history of our city.
