Decolonising Public Spaces - George St - Retail Quarter

Simon Kaan and Glen Hazelton will discuss the weaving of a cultural narrative through the George Street upgrade, the process taken to get to this point and what you are going to see and experience in future on George Street. They will discuss the challenges faced and the opportunities the new design provides. They will also discuss how this approach can be used as a platform for further development of public space design in the city in future.
