A DPAG SOCIETY TALK
Graham Fletcher’s works explore complex cultural issues within a postcolonial context. He was the recipient of the 2021 Tylee Cottage residency and will discuss research and work undertaken throughoutthis time which was exhibited at the Sarjeant Gallery, Whanganui in August 2022.
Fletcher has a Doctorate of Fine Arts (Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland, 2010). He has worked at the Dunedin School of Art, Te Pūkenga since 2012 and is currently Principal Lecturer, Studio Coordinator—Painting and Pasifika Advisor.
