A floor talk of the exhibition Margery Blackman: Weaving, Life – a survey of the life's work of eminent Ōtepoti artist, arts advocate and textiles scholar Margery Blackman.
This tour will be led by curators Elle Loui August and Jane Groufsky, who will delve into the world surrounding Blackman’s practice – unpacking the layers of social context and art history woven into her tapestries.
