Celebrate the lead up to Chinese New Year with an afternoon of creativity in the DPAG foyer. Enjoy a vibrant lion dance performance by members of the Otago-Southland Chinese Association Lion Dance Troupe, before taking part in creative activities.
After the performance there will be activities to enjoy, such as trying your hand at Chinese calligraphy led by local experts, or painting your own lions inspired by the marvellous lion costumes which will be on display until 4pm!
Suitable for all-ages. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver at all times.
This is a drop-in event, no booking is necessary.
