Paper Stained Glass Drop-in Sessions

Inspired by the practice of creating stained glass windows this method uses paper to create colourful artworks that come to life in sunlight. Make use of shapes inspired by what can be found in the raumati (summer) environment– bees, clouds and butterflies, or you can create your own unique design.

Hang your finished artwork in front of a sunny window, and watch the colours glow in the cut-outs in amazing ways.

Suitable for ages 3 and over with adult supervision. All materials provided.
