A relaxed afternoon of live poetry responding to the work of artist Dame Robin White (Ngāti Awa, Pākehā). Poets include; David Eggleton, Gregory O’Brien, Ati Teepa (Ngāi Tūhoe, Kāi Tahu) and Iona Winter (Waitaha) hosted by Gary McCormick.
This event draws inspiration from Robin White’s portrait, Sam Hunt at the Portobello Pub, painted in 1978. Wet your whistle, listen to wonderful toikupu and pick up a free limited-edition exhibition poster.
