Please join us to launch the very first Third Thursday at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. Third Thursday is a once a month late night opening on the third Thursday of every month. Explore the Gallery after five and enjoy a vibrant changing programme of special events bringing people, art and music together with great food and a pop-up bar. All galleries and the shop will be open until 8pm.

To celebrate summer, we are holding the February Third Thursday as a street party. Join us at the Gallery’s car park on Moray Place and enjoy the fun, relaxed atmosphere while listening to live music, sipping a cocktail from our gin bar and enjoying some iconic food truck cuisine. As a special treat we also have Agency Tattoo making a guest appearance for those of you who would like to watch an artist at work, learn the latest body art trends, or perhaps get a new ink!

Tattoo artists Devon Smith and Dan Bloxham from Agency Tattoo working onsite 5-7.30pm

Citizens Food Truck onsite 5-7.30pm

Cash bar with Emerson’s on tap and Gin Cocktails 5-7.30pm

FREE music event. Cash bar & food truck. Tattoos to be paid for directly to the artist.
