small modifications is a collaborative project that poses a number of questions and open propositions: Could the gallery function as an open studio? What are reflexive ways of making and participating in both art and life? How can we work with communities to transform everyday materials? And what potential does art-making have in modifying life?
This project invites gallery visitors to work together, and with the artists, to consider these questions and see where their interactions may take them. Curated by Andrea Bell.
